Online Classes Timing Schedule w.e.f. 16th May, 2022

Classes III to XII
* As per Government notification online classes w.e.f. 16th May 2022

Note regarding Online classes, PTM and Summer Vacations

Classes III to XII,

• According to the latest government directions, the school will close for physical attendance from 15^th May, 2022
• Online classes will be held from 16^th May 2022 to 28^th May, 2022
• Some assessments and orals will be conducted online.
• 14^th May 2022- Second Saturday, will be a working day, NOT a HOLIDAY
• The timings for online classes from Monday, 16^th May 2022 till Saturday, 28^th May 2022: –
  • For class III to XII – 7:30 m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Parent teacher Meeting:-
  1. Monday, 30^th May 2022:
     • Class III & IV – Time 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Block B).
     • Class V &VI – Time 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Block A).
  2. Tuesday, 31^st May 2022 :
     • Class VII & VIII – Time 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Block B).
     • Class IX, X & XII – Time 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Block A).
• The summer vacations will commence from 30^th May 2022 to 17^th July 2022.
• Extra Classes for class X, XI and XII commences from 4^th July to 15^th July, 2022. (Schedule will be shared shortly.)
• The school reopens after summer vacations on Monday, 18^th July, 2022

Second Saturday Working and Vaccination Camp

1. Classes III to XII : Saturday, 14^th May 2022 will be a working day. NOT A HOLIDAY.
2. Class VII to XII : Vaccination camp will be held on Saturday 14^th May 2022

Eid-ul-Fitr Holiday

Classes III to XII,

The school will remain closed on Tuesday, 3^rd May 2022 on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

Classes III to XII

• The Parent Teacher’s meeting will be held on Saturday, 30th April 2022.

Block ‘A’ Timings:-

a. Class VII and VIII – Time 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
b. Class IX, X and XII – Time 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Block ‘B’ Timings:-
a. Class III and IV – Time 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
b. Class V and VI – Time 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon

• If any students have to be present at the PTM then they must be in School Uniform or be denied entry.

School will get over at 10:10 a.m. on ICSE Exam days

Class III to XII,

School will get over 10:10 a.m. on Monday, 25^th April, Tuesday, 26^th April and Thursday, 28^th April 2022 due to ICSE examination.
