Classes III to XII,
- The school will remain closed on Friday, 15th November, 2024 on the occasion of Gurpurab – Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Birthday.
- As per Government orders, the school will remain closed on Saturday,16th November, 2024 due to Martyrdom day of S. Kartar Singh Sarabha.
Date Sheet – Pre-Board I Examination November 2024
Note:
● Exam Timings 11:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
● Students reporting time: 10:50 a.m.
● School Uniform to be worn during Exams.
● Bus will start from Junior School at 10.30 a.m. and from Urban Estate 10:20 a.m.
● When there is no examination there will be no school for that class and students do not come to school.
PTM on 19th October, 2024
Classes III to XII
- The Parent-Teacher’s meeting will be held on Saturday, 19th October, 2024.
- Timings:
- Classes VII to XII – Time 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Block A)
- Classes III to VI Time 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Block B).
- Your Individual time has been emailed. If you miss your time slot, you will have to wait till the end to meet the Form Teacher.
- If students have to be present at the PTM then they must be in School Uniform or be denied entry.
- If there are any queries or discrepancies in the Report Card and the Result, it has to be brought to the notice of the office within three days of the result. After this period all queries will be invalid.

- Classes III to VI (Block B) – Time: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Classes VII to XII (Block A) – Time: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- If students have to be present at the PTM then they must be in School Uniform or be denied entry.

Note:
- Hindi Exam of Class IX will be held on Monday, 9th September, 2024 during school hours.
- Art Paper I of Class XI & XII will be held on Monday, 9th September, 2024 during school hours.
- Hindi Exam of Class X will be held on Tuesday, 10th September, 2024 during school hours.
- Art Paper II of Class XI & XII will be held on Tuesday, 10th September, 2024 during school hours.
- During Examinations school timings will be 07.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
- Children to be in School Uniform during exams days.
- Do not come to school when there is no Exam.
- School closes for autumn break from 28th September to 6th October.
