Holiday on 23rd March, 2022 – Exam reschedule

Classes  III, IV, VIII, IX and XI

The School will remain closed on 23^rd March 2022 as declared by the Punjab Government.

The Examination scheduled for 23^rd March 2022 will now be held on the following dates: –

Parent Teacher’s Meeting for Classes X and XII

Classes X and XII
• The Parent Teacher’s meeting for Pre-Board Result will be held on Saturday, 12th March 2022. Timings: 9.00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
• Your Individual timing will be mailed to you. If you miss your time slot, you will have to wait till the end to meet the Form Teacher
• If there are any queries or discrepancies in the Report Card and the Result, it has to be brought to the notice of the office within three days of result, after this period all queries will be invalid.
• Classes to resume slot wise for class X and XII w.e.f. Thursday, 10th March 2022.

Final Examination Datesheet (Classes VI to IX and XI)

DATESHEET FOR FINAL EXAMINATION

•  Class IX and XI Art paper I – 9^th March 2022
• Class IX and XI Art paper II – 10^th March 2022
• Class IX Hindi paper – 11^th March 2022

 Note: –   

• When there is no examination there will be no school for that class and students do not come to school.
• Students must wear school uniform during exam days. School Timings during exams will be 8.40 a.m. to 10.40 a.m.
• P.T. Meet on Thursday, 31^st March 2022 : Block ‘B’ (Classes III to VI). Timings – 8.30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• P.T. Meet on Friday, 1^st April 2022 : Block ‘A’ (Classes VII to IX and XI). Timings – 8.30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• School reopens on Tuesday, 5^th April, 2022. Summer Timings: 7.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and Summer Uniform to be worn.
• Details and lists regarding books and stationery for the new academic session will be sent to you later.
• The Exam format will be as per Revision Work done in the class.

The school will remain closed on Tuesday, 1^st March 2022, on the occasion of Maha Shivratri.

Parent- Teachers’ Online Interaction

Classes III to XII

1. A Parent- Teachers’ Online session will be conducted on Saturday, 26^th February 2022 for parents to interact with the child’s Form teacher. Timings- 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2. Interested parents may join the link posted in the Google Classroom of the child’s Form during the allotted time.

Classes III to V – Reopening of School from 17th February 2022

Dear Parents,
1. Physical attendance at school will be resumed in a staggered manner from 17th February 2022.
2. Parents have to give their consent by signing the Consent Form by 16th February 2022.
