Datesheet for Final Exams (Classes VI to IX and XI)

Note:
Class IX –Hindi Exam will be held on Thursday, 20th Feb 2025 during school hours
1) When there is no examination there will be no school for that class and students do not come to school.
2) Students must wear school uniform during exam days. School Timings during exams will be 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
3) P.T. Meet on Tuesday, 25th March 2025
4) School reopens on Tuesday, 1 April, 2025. Summer Timings: 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Summer Uniform to be worn.
5) Details and lists regarding books and stationery for the new academic session will be put up on the website.

Classes III to XII,

• The school will remain closed on Friday, 15th November, 2024 on the occasion of Gurpurab – Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Birthday.
• As per Government orders, the school will remain closed on Saturday,16th November, 2024 due to Martyrdom day of S. Kartar Singh Sarabha.

PTM on 19th October, 2024

Classes III to XII

1. The Parent-Teacher’s meeting will be held on Saturday, 19th October, 2024.
2. Timings:
   1. Classes VII to XII – Time 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Block A)
   2. Classes III to VI Time 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Block B).
3. Your Individual time has been emailed. If you miss your time slot, you will have to wait till the end to meet the Form Teacher.
4. If students have to be present at the PTM then they must be in School Uniform or be denied entry.
5. If there are any queries or discrepancies in the Report Card and the Result, it has to be brought to the notice of the office within three days of the result. After this period all queries will be invalid.

School will remain closed on Tuesday, 15th October, 2024 due to Panchayat Elections.
