Datesheet for Final Examination – March 2024 (Classes III to V)
Note: –
1) When there is no examination there will be no school for that class and students do not come to school.
2) Students must wear school uniform during exam days. School Timings during exams will be 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
3) P.T. Meet will be on Thursday, 21st March 2024 – Block ‘B’ (Classes III to VI)
4) School reopens on Tuesday, 26th March, 2024. Summer Timings: 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Summer Uniform to be worn.
5) Details and lists regarding books and stationery for the new academic session will be uploaded on the school website.
Parent-Teacher’s Meeting on 3rd February, 2024
Classes III to XII
1. The Parent-Teacher’s Meeting will be held on Saturday, 3rd February 2024.
- Timings: Block ‘A’ (classes VII to XII) – 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Timings: Block ‘B’ (classes III to VI) – 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
2. If any students have to be present at the PTM then they must be in School Uniform or be denied entry.

Class X and XII
1. The Parent-Teacher’s Meeting for Pre-Board II result will be held on Monday, 29th January 2024. Timings – 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
2. Students DO NOT attend the meet. If any students have to be present at the PTM then they must be in School Uniform or be denied entry.
3. Any discrepancies in the result MUST BE brought to the Office within one week after the P.T. Meet i.e. till 5th February 2024, after this time period no change will be acceptable.
4. Final Examination ISC commence on 12th February 2024 and ICSE on 21th February, 2024.

Classes III to XII,
The school timings are 9:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. w.e.f. 29th January, 2024.
Classes III to V : Regular Physical Classes w.e.f. 23rd January, 2023
Classes III to V
The students will have regular physical classes from Tuesday, 23rd January 2024. The timings will be 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Holiday on 17-01-2024
Classes III to XII,
The school will remain closed on Wednesday, 17th January 2024 on the occasion of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s Parkash Purab.
No online classes for class III, IV and V.

PRE-BOARD II EXAMINATION JANUARY 2024
Parent Teachers Meeting on 18th December, 2023
Classes III to XII
1. The Parent-Teacher’s Meet to collect 3rd Quarter and Pre-Board I result will be held on Monday, 18th December, 2023.
– Timings: Block ‘A’ – 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
– Timings: Block ‘B’ – 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
2. Your Individual time has been emailed. If you miss your time slot, you will have to wait till the end to meet the Form Teacher.
3. If there are any queries or discrepancies in the Report Card and the Result, it has to be brought to the notice of the office within three days of the result. After this period all queries will be invalid
4. If students have to be present at the PTM then they must be in School Uniform or be denied entry.
5. Scholastic Book fair will be held in the school premise on PTM (18th December, 2023).
