BCEHS, I fall short of words when I have to speak about the school and its contribution in shaping me as a person. I attended the school from 7th standard till 10th. After joining the National Defence Academy, I had to go through tough military and flying training and I would really thank the dedicated and loving faculty which contributed in preparing me for such tough situations. Further, my active participation in co-curricular activities helped me develop presenting and leadership skills that made me an Air Force officer today.
WHILE UNDERTAKING MILITARY AND FLYING TRAINING AND EVEN TODAY WHILE UNDERTAKING MOST COMPLEX MISSIONS, I cannot stop myself to credit a large portion of my success to this prestigious school. Throughout my time in NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY I often felt more prepared than some of my classmates because of the liberal arts approach to education and the emphasis on OFFICER LIKE QUALITIES early on in our academic career. As an adult, I continue to be blessed by friendships that began at the British Co-Ed High School because of the close-knit approach instilled in the students. I hereby, extend my heartfelt gratitude to my alma mater that attributed to my success.

Being a little reserved in nature, I never thought that I would be able to stand out in this extrovert society. A girl who used to shy away from socializing would enter her college in Delhi for graduation with confidence and a smile on her face. I owe it all to this wonderful school.
The school helped me realize my potential and shaped me into a self-confident girl. Constant guidance and motivation by the teachers encouraged me to grab opportunities and learn by doing. This groomed me into such a responsible, hardworking and all rounder individual that I was entrusted with the responsibilities of the school Head Girl. This opportunity helped me acquire leadership, management and socializing skills along with noticeable academic achievements.
Heartfelt congratulations to this dynamic school for completing fifteen years. I sincerely wish that my school continues to climb the high growth trajectory.

Rajvir Singh Batra
My name is Rajvir Batra, and I am an alumnus of The British Co-Ed High School – I served as the school Head Boy from 2017 to 2018. During my time at BCEHS, I was involved in debate, Model United Nations conferences, and writing competition. Currently, I am an undergraduate student at Harvard University in Cambridge, United States majoring in Applied Mathematics and Economics with a minor in History/Government. On-campus, I am a researcher at the Institute of Politics at the Harvard Kennedy School, the Chief Financial Officer and Director of India & Singapore Conferences at the Harvard Global Education Movement and the Director of Operations for the India Business Summit.
As the school celebrates its 15th anniversary, I want to express my gratitude to my teachers, friends, and the institution itself for impacting my life in an overwhelmingly positive way. From the value of discipline to the importance of excellent communication skills, I have learnt it all in the corridors of my school. However, above everything else, BCEHS has defined my moral compass and the values that I hold dear today – ambition, passion, and equity. I am sure I speak on behalf of all other students, past and present, when I say that BCEHS is an institution par excellence and is an asset for our community. In an age where intolerance is on the rise and the very concept of reality is under attack, we need more institutions like the British Co-Ed High School that strive to promote intellectualism and a sense of moral duty.

Tree Plantation
When one plants a tree, they plant themselves too. Every root is an anchor over which one rests with grateful interests, and becomes sufficiently calm to feel the joy of living. On 28th August, 2021, the students of the British Co-Ed High School actively participated in a tree plantation drive. The NSS volunteers and the NCC cadets were provided with plant saplings to be planted in a field, in front of the high school. Many saplings were planted with the joint efforts of teachers as well as students. Hence, making our environment a healthier place to live in. Our school has taken such initiatives several times over the years in an attempt to make our surroundings cleaner, greener and also to spread awareness among students about the importance of trees as rightly said, “He who plants a tree, plants a hope for a better tomorrow.”

NCC Activity on Independence Day
Others might have forgotten, But never can I, The flag of my country, flies very high.
Keeping the spirit of Independence Day alive, we tried to maintain the same energy this time through the virtual medium. The great freedom fighters were paid due homage by the students reciting poems and speeches in their honour.
This was further taken up by the students who made elegant and colourful posters for the occasion. Finally, all rose to recite the national anthem together with complete devotion.
