Vivek High School MUN (2025-26)

The VHS MUN, held at Vivek High School, Chandigarh from April 10–15, was a transformative four-day event that empowered students to engage with real-world issues and sharpen their communication, leadership, and diplomatic skills. A standout moment was an inspiring address by Colonel Sandeep Singh Sahi on global affairs. We’re proud to share that Rahini Kalra, Ranjot Singh Billing, and Otto Leonardo Jendrek earned Verbal Mention Awards for their outstanding contributions. Events like this show that education is about more than textbooks—it shapes character and broadens horizons.
~ Ekasnoor Kaur (XII SKM) and Rahini Kalra (IX SM)

Emerald Heights MUN (2025-26)

“Some experiences don’t just teach you—they transform you.”

Attending EHMUN’25 from 27th to 30th April was one such experience—exciting, enriching, and unforgettable. As a national-level MUN, it brought together students from across the country to debate, bond, and grow.
The warm hospitality and vibrant ambience made us feel at home. A highlight was the surprise night crisis, testing our quick thinking and teamwork under pressure.
A proud moment came when Ridhiman Mehta (Class XII) won Best Parliamentarian in the Lok Sabha, standing out among 55 participants.
Beyond MUN skills, we walked away with confidence, exposure, and friendships to cherish.
~ Ridhiman Mehta (XII MIK) and Ribhav Gupta (X HJK)

House Nights - Block B (2025-26)

The three-day Inter-House Cultural Extravaganza from 17th to 19th May 2025 was a vibrant celebration.
The event served as a platform for students to exhibit their talents and skills through traditional and western dance performances, along with presentations of classic fairy tale dramas Alice in Wonderland, Winnie the Pooh, and Peter Pan. Equally outstanding were the Punjabi drama and Hindi drama, which shed light on important contemporary challenges.

Christmas Celebrations (2024-25)

With a palette of red and green, accompanied by festive carols and the sweet sounds of music filling the air, the Christmas celebration couldn’t have been more delightful and inviting. The entire atmosphere was infused with the joyful essence of Christmas. Warm greetings awaited our extended family, the special students from The Patiala School for the Deaf and Blind, Saifidipur and The Community School girls as they joined in cutting the Christmas cake. These special guests were served with delicious snacks followed by lively dancing.

Annual Sports Day (2024-25)

Our school joyously marked its 20th Annual Sports Day on December 17, 2024. Ms. Annu Rani Dharayan, Javelin Thrower presided over the function. The marchpast ceremony by the three Houses marked the commencement of the celebration. Students ranging from class III to VIII displayed impeccable synchronization in Rhythmic Yoga, P.T., and Aerobics.
The much-anticipated Track and Field events commenced to the enthusiastic cheers of the students. The chief guest commended the students for their hard work and urged them to strive for excellence in their future pursuits.

S. Amar Singh Kamboj Memorial Inter-School English Debate (2024-25)

The school organized the 18th Annual S. Amar Singh Kamboj Memorial Debate on 29th October 2024, with Dr. Swaraj Raj, Dr. Sangeeta Handa, and Prof. Lovleen Parmar as esteemed judges.
Ashwin Kaur and Krisha Ahluwalia represented BCEHS in the competition. The topic for the debate was “Morality can exist without religion.” The participants showcased their extensive knowledge, delivering fiery arguments that captivated the audience and earned high praise from the judges. The team from Holy Angels School, Rajpura emerged as the winners.
Speaking on behalf of the judging panel, Dr. Swaraj Raj commended the participants, stating, ‘Their insightful arguments and confident delivery were truly impressive.'”

Australia Trip (2024-25)

During our summer break this June, our trip to Australia felt like a dream. From Sydney’s lively streets to the charming Darling Harbour cruise and the stunning Gold Coast, every moment was filled with enthusiasm and joy. At Taronga wildlife park, we saw majestic lions and enjoyed an unforgettable seal show. Sydney University left us awestruck with its state of the art campus. In Brisbane, feeding kangaroos and exploring museums captivated us. We were also amazed by the Three Sisters mountain range, taking in panoramic views from the cable car. Warner Bros. movie world was another highlight on the Gold Coast trip where we stepped into the realms of our favourite character and enjoyed thrilling rides. As we left Australia, we carried with us treasured memories that enriched our minds and spirits.
